    99grit is a UX design agency delivering professional services to corporate clients. Our services include but are not limited to UX research, usability testing, interface design, digital strategy consulting, and other related professional services.

    Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless 99grit, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    9. TERMINATION
    We may terminate or suspend service to any client who violates these Terms or engages in conduct that harms our business operations or reputation.

    10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
    99grit provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free or meet every client's expectations.

    11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    99grit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service provided.

    12. NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
    If you believe that any content used in our services infringes copyright, please notify us with the relevant details so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

    13. GENERAL INFORMATION
    These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 99grit and the client. If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect. The laws of Poland shall govern these Terms.
